Our Story of Community Impact
The process of identifying and following up on a concern about a child’s development can be overwhelming to a parent. That, combined with having to navigate the complex systems that oversee the delivery of therapeutic services, can be a complex and often isolating process.

A Vision for Community Impact
Began advancing a vision for strengthening systems of care, improving access to quality healthcare and education, and supporting children and families through collaborative, family-centered approaches.
2004–2008
Building Expertise in Family-Centered Care
Contributed to interdisciplinary clinical programs, early childhood development initiatives, caregiver education, and collaborative models that emphasized whole-child, whole-family care.
2009–2011
Foundation-Supported Service Integration Initiative
Served as Internal Project Coordinator for a foundation-supported service integration initiative at Eisner Pediatric & Family Medical Center. The project united healthcare providers, researchers, philanthropic partners, and community organizations to strengthen integrated systems of care for children and families. TLC Pediatric Therapy Formally Established
Building upon nearly a decade of founder-led initiatives, TLC Pediatric Therapy was formally established to expand interdisciplinary pediatric therapy, research, professional education, and community partnerships throughout Southern California.
