Our Legacy

The foundation of TLC Pediatric Therapy is deeply rooted in a legacy of community healthcare initiatives for over 20 years, emphasizing highlights that include the Founder leading prestigious interdisciplinary projects with a diverse team of staff at a community clinic, to developing family-centered support models co-located alongside pediatricians, and most importantly, playing a key role with stakeholders and shareholders in policy integration with the “Help me Grow” Los County initiative.

This strong heritage continues to shape and strengthen our strategic partnerships, guiding the structure and direction of our organization. With Founder and CEO Kyra Griffith as the driving force in aforementioned projects, Kyra continues to be in a unique position to build on those successes to ensure that all members, to include the executive team, use those experiences to make decisions, organize procedures, and build existing frameworks thoughtfully and precisely.

In addition to organization and policy development frameworks, extensive experiences in coordinating child development teams also continues to inform the fostering of a practical approach to coaching and development of each team member.

At the core of our operational advancements is a commitment to a dynamic and supportive culture. We value and uplift our collective team, ensuring a positive and progressive environment – a place to call “work-home”.
